为加强国内外威士忌信息和技术的交流合作，促进中国威士忌行业的健康持续发展，提高我国威士忌产业科研技术水平，加强国产威士忌产业上下游技术联动与应用，推介优秀威士忌品牌商业合作，推广本土威士忌消费文化，由中国酒业协会与浙江省淳安县人民政府、国家酒类品质与安全国际联合研究中心、中国食品发酵工业研究院共同主办的“2024首届（CIWDF）中国国际威士忌发展大会暨中国千岛湖国际威士忌嘉年华”将于2024年9月5日-7日在浙江省淳安县千岛湖举行,现将有关事项通知如下。

To enhance the exchange and cooperation of whisky information and technology domestically and internationally, promote the healthy and sustainable development of the Chinese whisky industry, improve the scientific research and technical level of China's whisky industry, strengthen the technical linkage and application of the upstream and downstream of the domestic whisky industry, facilitate business cooperation with great whisky companies and promote whisky consumption culture, the "2024 First China International Whisky Development Conference (CIWDC) and China Qiandao Lake International Whisky Carnival" will be held from September 5 to 7, 2024, at Qiandao Lake, Chun'an County, Zhejiang Province. The event is jointly organized by the China Alcoholic Drinks Association, People's Government of Chun'an County, Zhejiang Province, the National Joint Research Center for Liquor Quality and Safety, and China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

论坛邀请世界知名威士忌产区政府机构和科研院所代表、国际国内威士忌专家、威士忌生产商、供应商、经销商、威士忌媒体及电商平台代表，围绕酿造和蒸馏工艺发展趋势、威士忌装备创新、产品与消费文化、世界威士忌特色产区发展、威士忌市场营销等方向发表主题演讲，旨在分享最新研究成果前沿，促进产学研用深度融合，推介产区招商与商业合作机会，推广威士忌品牌产品，促进全球化威士忌产业交流与合作。

The forum will invite representatives from government agencies and research institutions of world-renowned whisky-producing regions, international and domestic whisky experts, whisky producers, suppliers, distributors, whisky media, and e-commerce platform representatives. They will deliver keynote speeches on topics such as the development trends in brewing and distillation processes, innovations in whisky equipment, product and consumption culture, the development of distinctive whisky-producing regions worldwide, and whisky marketing. The aim is to share the latest cutting-edge research results, promote deep integration of production, academia, research, and application, promote investment in producing region and business cooperation opportunity, and foster global exchange and cooperation.

1.中国威士忌酿造技术与供应商品牌展

1. China Whisky Brewing Technology and Supplier Brand Exhibition

展区范围包括：中国威士忌历史发展展区、世界威士忌产区展商团、威士忌品牌商、进口商、原辅料供应商、装备制造商、橡木桶制造商、包装包材供应商以及广告服务商等。展出形式包括特装展位、标准展位、产品展示以及广告投放等（详情参加招商合作手册，即将发布）。

The exhibition area includes: China Whisky History Development Zone, Exhibition groups and brands from world's whisky producing regions, whisky brand owners, importers, raw and auxiliary material suppliers, equipment manufacturers, oak barrel manufacturers, packaging material suppliers, and advertising service providers. The exhibition forms include special booths, standard booths, product displays, and advertising placements (for details, please refer to the exhibition manual, which will be released soon).

活动内容主要包括世界威士忌特色产区威士忌品牌展团、中国特色威士忌品鉴会、品牌威士忌大师班品鉴课、威士忌品牌之夜、美食以及主题表演互动活动。

The event content mainly includes whisky brand exhibition groups from distinctive whisky-producing regions worldwide, Chinese characteristic whisky tasting sessions, whisky brand masterclass tasting courses, whisky brand night, whisky food festival, and themed performance interactive activities.

3.酒类潮科技互动体验区

3. Alcohol Trend Technology Interactive Experience Zone

威士忌盲品礼盒、基因测酒量、自调威士忌鸡尾酒调配、脑电波分析量化消费喜好度测试等。

Activities include whisky blind tasting, genetic alcohol tolerance testing, whisky cocktail mixing, and brainwave analysis to quantify consumer preference testing.

4.千岛湖威士忌考察参观活动

4. Qiandao Lake Whisky Inspection and Tour Activities

千岛湖威士忌、隐象威士忌、千岛湖啤酒、淳安县高铁新区威士忌项目考察等。

Activities include inspections of Qiandao Lake Whisky, Yinxiang Whisky, Qiandao Lake Beer, and the Chun'an County High-speed Rail New District Whisky Project.
