   为融资租赁行业2020年终盛情绽放

“荣耀时刻·敬勇迈者”2020中国融资租赁总经理高峰论坛「金鼎奖」优秀企业、个人评选表彰活动（以下简称“金鼎奖”活动）正式启动。

本次活动由融易学金融学院主办，活动旨在引领融资租赁企业积极参与同业交流，抓住发展机遇，推动融资租赁企业在新时代高质量发展中展示强大的韧性与生命力，发挥更大的作用，创造新的辉煌。

“作为中国融资租赁界的专业评选，2020「金鼎奖」评选的参选对象涵盖金融租赁公司、国企央企背景融资租赁公司、上市背景融资租赁公司、内资试点融资租赁公司、第三方融资租赁公司、金融科技公司。

奖项覆盖融资租赁多个领域，以个人类奖项、卓越类奖项、特色类奖项、针对第三方服务平台奖项等4大类，涵盖15个细分奖项。由自我提名、业内专家评审、第三方数据调查机构审定、严格评审的方式产生最终评选结果。

届时，将评选出优秀企业40家、优秀个人8名。以这些代表企业为标杆，指明出中国融资租赁行业发展的代表性方向，借此推动中国融资租赁行业的升级和转型的发展进程。

本次评选在成功举办了2019第二届中国融资租赁总经理高峰论坛「金鼎奖」评选表彰活动的基础上，将结合线上、线下等方式开展紧密合作，共同致力于营造更好的平台给优秀企业、优秀个人进一步发展。

另外，此次对评选单位不收取报名费、评选费，以自我提名与推荐的方式进行报名。将邀请政府机构、国央企、上市企业、媒体大众、行业智库及行业协会等机构专家组成评审委员会，坚持公开、公平、公正的原则进行综合评选。“金鼎奖”奖项评选11月30日截止个人提名材料报送，12月4日截止专家提名材料报送。

一、「金鼎奖」颁奖盛典介绍

I. Introduction to the Golden Tripod Awards Ceremony

“金鼎奖”活动历来是融资租赁界与社会中有较大影响和较高认可度的盛事。活动的举办将挖掘和树立一批融资租赁企业杰出典型，宣传和推广融资租赁企业开拓进取、勇于迈进、乘风破浪以及突破创新的企业形象，引导更多企业和优秀个人为融资租赁行业的发展添砖加瓦，为社会经济作出更大的贡献。

The "Golden Tripod Award" has always been a great event with great influence and high recognition in the financial leasing industry and society. The event will excavate and set up a number of outstanding models of financial leasing enterprises, publicize and promote the corporate image of financial leasing enterprises, such as pioneering and enterprising, bravely marching forward, braving the wind and waves and breaking through innovation, and guide more enterprises and outstanding individuals to contribute to the development of the financial leasing industry and make greater contributions to the social economy.

11月10日-11月30日：自我提名（参与奖项申报与企业调研，企业需要填写申报表）

11月30日-12月4日：专家提名

12月4日-12月7日：评审团对材料审核与数据评比

12月7日-12月9日：组委会统计评选结果

12月9日-12月10日：评选结果出炉

12月10日-12月11日：发获奖通知函

12月18日：颁奖盛典公布获奖名单

（专家、评审团评定：在提名范围内，行业专家评审团对参与奖项企业进行严格评选。）

November 10-November 30: Self-nomination (participation in award nomination and company research, companies need to fill in the declaration form)

November 30-December 4: nomination of experts

December 4-December 7: Review of materials and data evaluation by the Jury

December 7-December 9: The organizing committee tallies the selection results.

December 9-December 10: Selection results announced

七、「金鼎奖」评选维度

VII. Selection Dimension of Golden Tripod Award

（一）“个人奖项”奖项评选维度：

1.在融资租赁公司3年以上管理经验；

2.近期无重大负面新闻，业内具有良好声誉；

3.须提交个人介绍，包括个人荣誉、事迹、对融资租赁事业作出的贡献等。

(i) Dimensions of the "individual prize" award.

1. At least 3 years of management experience in a financial leasing company.

2. No recent major negative news and a good reputation in the industry.

3. Must submit a personal introduction, including personal honors, deeds, contributions to the cause of financial leasing, etc.

（二）“卓越奖”奖项评选维度:

1.公司创建时间3年以上，有一定的资产规模;

2.公司近期无重大负面新闻，具有良好的声誉;

3.公司在行业内具有较大的独特优势和影响力;

4.公司有较完善的资产管理、服务体系、企业管理等制度。

(ii) "Excellence Award" award selection dimension:

1. The company has been established for more than 3 years and has a certain asset size;

2. The company has no major negative news recently and has a good reputation;

3. The company has a large unique advantage and influence in the industry;

4. The company has a better asset management, service system, enterprise management system.

（三）“某方面具有特色的租赁公司”奖项评选维度：

1.公司创建时间、资产规模不限;

2.公司近期无重大负面新闻，具有良好的声誉;

3.公司在业务拓展、风控管理、资产管理等其中之一需要具有优势和影响力。（可在申请表详细介绍）

(iii)  "Leasing Company with Special Characteristics in Certain Aspects" Award Selection Dimension.

1. No limitation on the company's creation time and asset size;

2. The company has no major negative news in the near future and has a good reputation;

3. The company needs to have advantages and influence in one of business development, wind control management and asset management. (can be described in detail in the application form)

（四）“服务类奖项”奖项评选维度：

1.公司创建时间、资产规模不限;

2.公司近期无重大负面新闻，在服务业界具有良好的声誉;

3.公司在行业内能得到客户的大力推荐和赞赏。

(iv) Dimensions of the "Service Prizes" awards.

1. No limitation on the company's creation time and asset size;

2. The company has no recent major negative news, and has a good reputation in the service industry;

3. The company can be highly recommended and appreciated by customers in the industry.

注（最终解释权归活动组委会所有）：

1.参选企业须为合法的在中国境内以融资租赁、汽车金融、汽车融资租赁、金融科技主营业务的法人单位；

2.参选人物须为在中国境内从事与融资租赁、汽车金融、汽车融资租赁、金融科技中相关的个人。

Note (the final interpretation right belongs to the event organizing committee).

1. the participating enterprises must be legal entities in China whose main business is financial leasing, auto finance, auto finance leasing, and financial technology.
