ICCC Conference started in 1950, the ICCC is the most established international conference in the field of coordination chemistry. It provides the major forum to discuss the latest developments in a major area of chemistry and fosters collaboration between inorganic chemists and other scientists.
The 41st International Conference on Coordination Chemistry (ICCC41), will convene in Singapore from 21 to 25 July 2014. This is a historical moment as the Conference has never been held in Singapore or ASEAN.
The organizing committee warmly welcomes you to Singapore, a cosmopolitan city brimming with a harmonious blend of culture, cuisine, arts and architecture, rich in contrast and colour.
In Singapore, chemistry is the most popular science subject in schools. Both leading universities (NUS & NTU) have large intakes in chemistry and chemical engineering, with the quality of the students in terms of entry grades second to very few. A*Star3, Singapore’s mission-oriented body in running R&D, has a dedicated research institute in chemistry and chemical engineering (ICES) together with other research institutes in materials (IMRE), bioengineering and nanotechnology (IBN), medical biology (IMB) and cell & molecular biology (IMCB), etc. that intersect with chemistry. The collective push in chemical sciences is enormous.
