We warmly welcome you to join the third IFToMM Asian Conference on Mechanism and Machine Science in Tianjin, China, during July 9-10, 2014, following the previous successful conferences held in Taipei and in Tokyo.
Aiming at enhancing cross communication among researchers, industry professionals and students from Asiancountries from the broad ranges of disciplines referring to mechanisms and machine science, this conference is to provide a platform for experts to discuss issues related to mechanisms and machine science including their theory, application, analysis, design, elements, systems, history, and education for the society.
The conference is hosted by International Federation for the Promotion of Mechanism and Machine Science (IFToMM), National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES), and Tianjin University. The Committee of IFToMM China-Beijing is the conference organizer.
Tianjin is one of the four major metropolitan cities in China and is 30 minutes away from Beijing by a high-speed train link. It was the place that held the Eleventh IFToMM Congress in 2004 and Tianjin University is historically the first university in China.
