河内烹饪中心学校起初是由一对夫妇创作地《koto,穿越越南的舌尖之旅》开始,作为帮助河内失学孩子在餐饮业寻找工作的一个组织,河内烹饪中心为孩子和成年人提供有趣的越南菜的烹饪课程。隐藏在课程背后的理念是想要出版一种新的食谱-《越南小吃》,并且他们对每种小吃都开设制作课程,在这里学生可以学习制作牛肉河粉,青木瓜沙拉,卷河粉,对虾蛋糕,其中一些屡见于河内西湖的餐馆内。
其他课程则突出河内当地风味和北方高地风味,这里还开设教授各种春卷的课程。
