Lazat在马来语中是美味的意思,在繁华的吉隆坡郊区八打灵再也(吉隆坡最早的卫星市-译者注)的LaZat家庭烹饪学校里,学生可以学习制作家常的谷物食品

精神抖擞的马来烹饪教师分享不同的烹饪技巧,从香辣的咖喱辣椒风味到甜味食品,如加入棕榈糖的西米椰子布丁。

课程介绍:

ome-cooked food is something to be savoured. The flavours and taste of the creations remain in the inner recesses of the mind, unforgotten and you will have wonderful ‘yummy’ memories.

Spend half a day with us starting from market tour at 8:30 am and followed by cooking. Classes will finish by 2.00pm including eating time.

We are open Mondays to saturdays; please email us if there is any other special request, for example; re-schedule of timing/different menus/recipes or private classes/functions.

Malaysian food is generally spicy but our presenters will show you how to vary the ingredients to suit individual tastes.  We welcome vegetarians and guests who have allergy to certain food ingredients (e.g. nuts and etc.) can be accommodated; we would appreciate if you could please highlight so alternative ingredients can be offered. 

费用:The price for one class/menu is RM250.00 per person.
